The licence of the investment firm C-QUADRAT Wealth Management GmbH (as the transferring entity) has lapsed following its merger with the investment firm C-QUADRAT Asset Management GmbH (as the acquiring entity) following the merger being entered into the Commercial Register on 18 December 2018.
