KX Reinsurance Company Limited and OX Reinsurance Company Limited with their registered office at 18 Mansell Street, London, E1 8AA, United Kingdom, transferred their entire non-life insurance portfolio to Catalina London Limited with its registered office at 18 Mansell Street, London, E1 8AA, United Kingdom. The portfolio transfer became effective on 30.11.2017.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria. Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
