AXA Wealth Limited with its registered office at 1 Wythall Green Way, Wythall, Birmingham, B47 6WG, United Kingdom, has transferred its entire life insurance portfolio to Phoenix Life Limited with its registered office at the same address.
The portfolio transfer became effective on 08.12.2017.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria. Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
