Markel International Insurance Company Limited with its registered office at 20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3AZ, UK, has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Markel Insurance Societas Europaea with its registered office at Sophienstraße 26, 80333 Munich, Germany.
The portfolio transfer became effective on 29.03.2019.
According to Information from the British supervisory authority, contracts are also affected with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
