Markel International Insurance Company Limited with its registered office at 20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3AZ, UK, intends to transfer parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Markel Insurance Societas Europaea with its registered office at Sophienstrasse 26, 80333 München.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority contracts held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
