Fidelis Underwriting Ltd with its registered office in The Leadenhall Building, 122 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3V 4AB, United Kingdom, intends to transfer parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Fidelis Insurance Ireland DAC with its registered office at 5 Schoolhouse Lane, Dublin 2, Ireland (previously: Fidelis Risk Ireland DAC with its registered office in Matheson, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland).
According to information received from the British supervisory authority contracts held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
