Markel International Insurance Company Limited, with its place of incorporation at 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3AZ, United Kingdom, has transferred its insurance portfolio to RiverStone Insurance (UK) Limited with its place of incorporation at Park Gate, 161-163 Preston Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 6AU, United Kingdom.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria may also be affected. Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
