Martinsurance dac with its registered office in Third Floor, Metropolitan Building, James Joyce Street, Dublin 1, Ireland, intends to transfer its entire non-life insurance portfolio to White Rock Insurance (Europe) PCC Limited in respect of cell A45 with its registered office in White Rock Exchange Building, Territorials Street, Mriehel, BKR 3000, Malta.
According to information received from the Irish supervisory authority contracts with insurance policyholders in Austria are affected.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016) termination rights exist for insurance policyholders.
