The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that that pursuant to Article 47 para. 9 no. 1 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) published in Federal Law Gazette I no. 135/2013 as amended, it has prohibited the marketing of units in the mining pool by “21c Ltd.” in Austria. The administrative decision is not legally final.
Update 13.1.2020:
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that 21c Ltd., which has in the meantime legally been prohibited from marketing units in a mining pool in Austria pursuant to Article 47 para. 9 no. 1 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) as published in Federal Law Gazette I no. 135/2013 as amended, has changed its company name to “Red Rocket Solution Ltd.”
