The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) announces that it has prohibited the further marketing in Austria of units in the foreign alternative investment fund (AIF) "Eurazeo Secondary Fund V”, managed by the alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) "EURAZEO GLOBAL INVESTOR” in accordance with Article 31 paragraph 4 in conjunction with Article 50 paragraph 2 no. 5 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz), published in Federal Law Gazette Vol. I No. 135/2013 as amended.
