The relinquishing of the approval of the registration granted by means of an administrative decision dated 27.04.2020 of the sole proprietor “Duschek Diana Bakk.” (Supplementary Register for Others registration no. 9110014302197), with its registered office at Hauptstraße 126/1, 8740 Zeltweg, as a Virtual Asset Service Provider pursuant to Article 32a para. 1 of the Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (FM-GwG; Finanzmarkt-Geldwäschegesetz), which provides the exchanging of virtual currencies into fiat currencies and vice versa (Article 2 no. 22 lit. b FM-GwG) has been confirmed in an administrative decision by the Austrian Financial Market Authority dated 28.02.2022.
The relinquishing of the registration occurred at the request of the sole proprietor “Duschek Diana Bakk.”. The sole proprietor is therefore prohibited from exchanging virtual currencies into fiat money and vice versa and conducting transactions.
