This provider does not hold an authorisation to provide payment services in Austria requiring a licence and shall therefore not be permitted to provide services such as the execution of payment transactions including the transfer of funds into a payment account held by the payment service user’s payment service provider or another payment service provider (payment business) pursuant to Article 1 para. 2 no. 4 of the Payment Services Act 2018 (ZaDiG 2018; Zahlungsdienstegesetz 2018).

Anyone providing banking services, and financial and securities services in Austria, requires the necessary authorisation or licence to do so from the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). Some undertakings offer such services without holding the necessary authorisation.
