It is not authorised to provide banking services requiring a licence in Austria and is therefore note permitted to offer the acceptance of funds from other parties for the purpose of administration or as deposits (deposit-taking business) pursuant to Article 1 para. 1 no. 1 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz).
We advise that there is a risk of this website being confused with the National Bank of Slovakia. The basis for this publication is Article 4 para. 7 BWG.
Anyone providing banking services, and financial and securities services in Austria, requires the necessary authorisation or licence to do so from the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). Some undertakings offer such services without holding the necessary authorisation.
