This provider is not authorised to conduct payment services requiring a licence (especially the acceptance and onward transmission of funds as a financial transfer) in Austria.
Services, in which the funds of a payer or a payee are accepted only for transferring the corresponding amount to the payee or to another payment service acting on behalf of the payee without setting up a payment account in the name of the payer or the payee, or in which the funds are accepted on the payee’s behalf and made available to the payee (money remittance transactions) pursuant to Article 1 para. 2 no. 6 of the Payment Services Act 2018 (ZaDiG 2018; Zahlungsdienstegesetz 2018) are not permitted;

Anyone providing banking services, and financial and securities services in Austria, requires the necessary authorisation or licence to do so from the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). Some undertakings offer such services without holding the necessary authorisation.
