The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that the marketing of the non-EU-AIF “FENJA Fund Multi Strategy Limited” has been prohibited in Austria pursuant to Article 56 para. 2 no. 5 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) published in Federal Law Gazette I no. 135/2013 as amended.
