The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) advises that it has imposed an additional fine of EUR 112,000 against CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft for two breaches of the Stock Exchange Act 2018, (BörseG 2018). The proceedings were concluded in an accelerated manner pursuant to Article 22 para. 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz). CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft failed in relation to two holding reports, one regarding the 4 % threshold being exceeded, the other about a holding falling below that threshold, to disclose the information contained in the respective reports in a timely manner. These disclosure obligations exist for ensuring financial market transparency. The penal order is final.
