In the event of a sanction being imposed for breaches of Article 11 no.3 of the Federal Act implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCAR Enforcement Act (MiCA-VVG; MiCA-Verordnung-Vollzugsgesetz)) the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may under Article 22c para. 1 no. 2 of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz) disclose the name of the persons or undertaking against whom a sanction has been imposed, as well as disclosing or informing about the imposed sanction.
Following its announcement in the Digital Official Journal of the Republic of Austria on 29.10.2026, the FMA hereby informs that

was ordered by means of an administrative decision dated 31.07.2026 to cease to perform the unauthorised commercial management of portfolios on an individual client basis with discretion within the scope of a mandate granted by the client, where the client portfolio contains one or more crypto-assets in Austria in accordance with Article 11 no. 3 MiCA-VVG in conjunction with Article 59 (1) and point (16) (i) of Article 3(1) of Regulation VO (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR).
