The Moorgate Insurance Company (previously Pohjola Insurance Company) with its registered office at 30-33 Minories, London EC3N 1DD, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio to Bothnia International Insurance Limited with its registered office in Finland.
QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited with its registered office at Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC3CM 3 BD, has also transferred part of its non-life insurance portfolio to Bothnia International Insurance Limited.
The portfolio transfer became effective on 30.11.2017.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria. Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
