RSS Newsfeed

The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has a number of RSS feeds to keep you automatically updated about new content on the FMA website. New contributions are shown directly in your feed reader, without you needing to regularly visit the FMA website.

Alternatively you can also subscribe to our e-mail newsletter (available in German only).

What is an RSS feed?

RSS is the abbreviation of “Really Simple Syndication”. An RSS feed is a technical format that is used to automatically pass on new content on a website. As soon as a new contribution is published on a website, it then appears in the accompanying RSS feed.

You can subscribe to one or more RSS feeds. Current notifications are then displayed in a programme or online service, for example in a messaging or e-mail programme.

You can remain constantly updated without having to visit the respective website regularly.

The FMA’s RSS Feeds

The FMA provides RSS feeds for selected website content. The feeds are updated as soon as new contributions are published.

How do I subscribe to RSS feeds?

To use an RSS feed, you need a program or an online service that is able to read RSS feeds. Such programs are called RSS readers.

Many users make use of e-mail programs, Internet browsers or special Internet news services.

What to do:

  1. Select an FMA RSS feed, and open the link.
  2. Copy the RSS feed’s Internet address.
  3. Insert the address in your RSS reader. Usually it will have a function like “Add feed”, “Subscribe”, or “Setup new feed” for doing so.

New content from the FMA will be displayed automatically as soon as it is published. You do not need to regularly visit the FMA website to receive it.

RSS feeds are free to use. You can remove feeds or subscribe to additional feeds at any time.
