Alternative investment fund managers and investment management companies that are also PEPP providers, shall submit the information listed in Article 40 (1) to (5) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 in conjunction with Article 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/896 and shall use the templates for this purpose listed in Article 3 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/897.
