The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 92,000 against CLEEN Energy AG as a legal person for delayed publications pursuant to the Stock Exchange Act (BörseG 2018; Börsegesetz 2018) in relation to the annual financial reports for the 2018 and 2019 financial years as well as the half-yearly financial reports for the 2019 and 2020 financial years by means of a penal order by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz). The penal order is final.
