In the event of a sanction being imposed, among other reasons, for breaches of Article 11 no.3 of the Federal Act implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCAR Enforcement Act (MiCA-VVG; MiCA-Verordnung-Vollzugsgesetz)) the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may under Article 22c para. 1 no. 2 of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz) disclose the name of the persons or undertakings against whom a sanction has been imposed, as well as disclosing or informing about the imposed sanction.
Following its announcement in the Digital Official Journal of the Republic of Austria on 30.09.2025, the FMA hereby informs that

has been instructed by means of an administrative decision dated 18.09.2025 to cease to conduct its unauthorised offering of portfolio management of crypto-assets pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 in accordance with Article 11 no. 3 MiCA-VVG in conjunction with Article 59 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR) in conjunction with Article 3 (1) point 16 lit. i of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
