The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 161,000 against Wolford AG as a legal person for delayed publications pursuant to the Stock Exchange Act (BörseG 2018; Börsegesetz 2018) in relation to the annual financial reports for the 2020 and 2021 financial years by means of a penal order by way of the accelerated conclusion of proceedings pursuant to Article 22 para 2b of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz). The penal order is final.
