First China Corporate Management Group and Private Commercial Office, Inc. In an announcement published in today’s issue of the official gazette “Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung” the FMA also warns investors that Mr.

is not entitled to offer banking services pursuant to section 1 para 1 no. 18 lit b BWG (credit brokerage) in Austria. Mr Keffel-Fallahi approached potential customers in Austria without meeting the statutory requirements.
