SIKURA LEBEN AG with its registered office at Gewerbeweg 15, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, has transferred its entire life insurance portfolio to QUANTUM LEBEN AG with its registered office at Städtle 18, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein. The portfolio transfer became effective on 24.02.2020.
Potentially contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria may also be involved.
A termination right exists for insurance policy holders pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
