During her annual visit to Vienna to the FMA and the OeNB, Danièle Nouy also gave a speech at the WKÖ. In a speech entitled “Risk and capital – a balancing act” the Supervisory Board Chair of the Single Supervisory Mechanism talked about the background behind the applicable capital regulations for Banks, as well as the current discussion about continuing developments as well as the role of Europe’s supervisory authorities in reviewing the capitalization of banks.
