Information regarding reporting pursuant to Article 26 and Article 27 MiFIR

Following ESMA’s proposal, the FMA will suspend the data import of files for reporting in accordance with Articles 26 and 27 MiFIR this coming weekend (21.09.2019 and 22.09.2019) in preparation for the migration to new XML versions with effect from 23.09.2019. This means that any files for the reporting of securities transactions in accordance with Article 26 MiFIR and reference data for securities in accordance with Article 27 MiFIR that are sent after Friday, 20.09.2019/ 23:59:59 to the FMA will only be processed from Monday, 23.09.2019 and must therefore already correspond to the new XML version.
