Following its entry into the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) on 12 May 2022, the investment firm CMTA AG (as the acquiring entity) has merged with the entities DMTA GmbH, Gisa11 Beteiligungs GmbH, Blaumichl GmbH (the transferring entities). The FMA administrative decision in this regard was legally delivered on 11 April 2022.
