The licence of Infineon Technologies Austria Pensionskasse AG in Liqu. as a Company Pensionskasse has lapsed pursuant to Article 11 para. 1 no. 1 and para. 4 PKG with effect from 24.01.2017.
The assets allocated to the investment and risk-sharing group (IRG) have been transferred to Allianz Pensionskasse Aktiengesellschaft and all Pensionskasse business liquidated.
