Licence withdrawal for NOVIS Insurance Company, NOVIS Versicherungsgesellschaft, NOVIS Compagnia di Assicurazioni, NOVIS Poisťovňa, a.s. by the competent supervisory authority in Slovakia (Národná banka Slovenska)

The Slovakian supervisory authority has withdrawn the licence of the Slovakian insurance undertaking NOVIS Insurance Company, NOVIS Versicherungsgesellschaft, NOVIS Compagnia di Assicurazioni, NOVIS Poist’ovňa a.s, which was also active in Austria under the freedom of establishment. The consequence of the licence being withdrawn is that the insurance undertaking is currently not allowed to conclude any need insurance contracts.
