If Vahinkovakuutusyhtiö Oy with its registered office at Niittyportti 4, 02200 Espoo, Finland, has been merged into If Skadeförsäkring Ab (Publ) with its registered office at Barks väg 15, 10680 Stockholm, Sweden. The merger became effective with effect from 02.10.2017.
According to information received from the Finnish supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria are also affected. Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
