AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance S.A. with its registered office in rue Mstislav Rostropovitch, 75832 Paris Cedex 17, France, intends to transfer its entire non-life insurance portfolio by way of a merger to XL Insurance Company SE with its registered office at XL House, 8 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland. The Austrian branch AXA Corporate Solutions Austria, Niederlassung der AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance S.A., with its registered office at Singerstraße 8/4b, 1010 Vienna, is also affected by this portfolio transfer.
According to information received from the French supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 VAG 2016, in the case of a portfolio transfer by way of universal succession (merger) policyholders do not have a termination right.
