Portfolio Transfer from Foyer Santé S.A. to Globality S.A.
Foyer Santé S.A., with its registered office at 12 rue Léon Laval, 3372 Leudelange, Luxembourg, has transferred its entire insurance portfolio by way of a merger to Globality S.A. with its registered office at 1A rue Gabriel Lippmann, 5365 Munsbach, Luxembourg. The portfolio transfer became effective on 29.02.2024. According to information received from the supervisory authority in Luxembourg, policies held by
policyholders in Austria are also affected.
