UNIQA poisťovňa, a.s. with its registered office at Krasovského 15, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, intends to transfer its entire non-life insurance portfolio and life insurance portfolio by way of a merger to UNIQA pojišťovna, a. s. with its registered office at Evropská 136/810, 160 12 Prague 6, Czechia.
According to information received from the Slovak supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
