The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 in conjunction with Article 50 para. 2 no. 5 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG), published in Federal Law Gazette I No. 35/2013 as amended, that it has prohibited the further marketing in Austria of units of the foreign alternative investment fund (AIF) “Alba I Lux”,managed by the alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) “Amundi Transition Energétique”.
