In an administrative decision dated 22.11.2021 Values & Guidance Family Office GmbH (Commercial Register No. FN 237278p previously Seyer & Partner Family Office Services GmbH and licensed as an investment services provider) was granted a licence with effect from 01.01.2022 as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz) subject to the condition precedent of it joining the Anlegerentschädigung für Wertpapierfirmen GmbH (AeW) as a member as per its application.
In a notification dated 15.12.2021 AeW notified that the aforementioned entity has become a member of AeW by means of a notarial file dated 29.11.2021, with effect from 01.01.2022.
Values & Guidance Family Office GmbH is therefore authorised to provide investment advice on a commercial basis, portfolio management, as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lits. a to k WAG 2018 effective from 01.01.2022.
