The merger of Euler Hermes Hellas Credit Insurance SA (previously Euler Hermes Emporiki Credit Insurance S.A.) into Euler Hermes SA/NV is legally effective.
According to information received from the Greek supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria. Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right of the insurance contract pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
