The Financial Market Authority (FMA) announces that, in accordance with Article 37 para. 3 no. 5 of theInvestmentfondsgesetz (InvFG; Investment Fund Act), Federal Law Gazette no. 532/1993 as amended, the following foreign fund has been prohibited to further distribute units in investment funds in Austria as from 30 November 2009.
World Investment Opportunities Funds
The obligations connected with public distribution arising from the InvFG shall end no sooner than three months from the publication of the prohibition of distribution.
