Information document in accordance with the AltFG

Pursuant to the Alternative Financing Act (AltFG) a public offering of securities or Investments between 250.000 Euro and 2 Mio. Euro within a period of twelve months does not require the publication of a prospectus. Outside of the scope of application of the European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation (ECSPR), it is only required to fulfil the information requirements set out in the Alternative Financing Information Regulation (AltF-InfoV).
