Securities prospectus

A securities prospectus must be produced either in accordance with the formats in the Prospectus Regulation or in accordance with Annex D to the Capital Market Act. The latter is however only possible provided that the total value of securities offered within a 12 month period does not exceed EUR 5 million. The obligation to publish a prospectus is relaxed, where an exception pursuant to Article 1 of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129) applies.
