In an administrative decision dated 07.12.2023 Innfoliolytix GmbH (Commercial Register no. FN 515779z) was granted a licence as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018). Followings its retroactive admission to the Anlegerentschädigung für Wertpapierfirmen GmbH (AeW) with effect from 17.01.2024 it is authorised to provide the following investment services on a commercial basis
– Investment advice (Article 3 para. 2 no. 1 WAG 2018),
– portfolio management by way of managing portfolios in accordance with mandates given by clients on a discretionary client-by-client basis (Article 3 para. 2 no. 2 WAG 2018) and
– Receiving and transmitting of orders (Article 3 para. 2 no. 3 WAG 2018),
with respective regard to the following financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 WAG 2018
– transferable securities (lit. a),
– money-market instruments (lit. b),
– Fondsanteile (lit. c),
– financial derivatives (lit. d),
– commodities derivatives (lit. e),
– commodities derivatives (lit. f),

– contracts for difference (lit. i),
– other derivatives (lit. j).
