AXA Wealth Limited plans to transfer its entire life insurance portfolio to Phoenix Life Limited.
According to the information received from the British supervisory authority, the portfolio also includes contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria. Policyholders and insured persons are advised about the existence of a termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
