Euler Hermes Hellas Credit Insurance SA (previously Euler Hermes Emporiki Credit Insurance S.A.) intends to merge with Euler Hermes SA/NV.
According to the information received from the Greek supervisory authority, contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria are also included. Policyholders and insured persons are advised about the existence of a termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
