QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited with its registered headquarters at Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch St, London EC3M 3BD, intends to transfer part of its non-life insurance policies portfolio to Colonnade Insurance S.A, with its registered headquarters at 20 rue Eugene Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
