The Bank of Lithuania as the competent Authority in Lithuania had temporarily suspended the right of the electronic money institution SatchelPay UAB to issue electronic money and to provide parts of its services. These sanctions were of temporal nature, on 19 November 2019 the Bank of Lithuania withdraw the suspension. Therefore, SatchelPay UAB is authorized to provide services in Austria to the extent of its notification under the freedom to provide services as shown in the FMA’s company database.
