The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has imposed a fine of EUR 3,000.00 against a responsible director of HTI High Tech Industries AG at the time of the offence being committed for a breach of the provision Article 124 para. 1 in conjunction with Article 141 no. 1 BörseG 2018 namely the delayed publication of an annual financial report. The penal order is not final.
