This page contains information about certain specific notification and reporting circumstances in accordance with the Payment Services Act 2018 (ZaDiG 2018 ), that must be submitted via the Incoming Platform or by e-mail respectively.
Note: the reporting requirement under Articles 17 et seq. DORA will apply from 17.01.2025 regarding the reporting of major operational and security incidents. For further information about ICT-related incidents, please check out the page DORA – ICT-related incidents. This reporting obligation will replace the reporting of major operational or security incidents in accordance with Article 86 ZaDiG 2018.
In the event of a major operational or security incident, payment service providers shall notify the FMA about this over the Incoming Platform without delay. Where the incident has or may have an impact on the financial interests of its payment service users, the payment service provider shall inform its payment service users without delay about the incident.
