Disclosure and Publications by the FMA in accordance with Article 88 ZaDiG 2018

Pursuant to Article 88 of the Payment Services Act 2018 (ZaDiG 2018; Zahlungsdienstegesetz 2018), the FMA is the competent authority for the supervision of payment institutions. Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2 )) is transposed by ZaDiG 2018 .

Under Article 88 para. 5 no. 1 ZaDiG 2018 the FMA is required to publish the applicable laws and regulations on its website that apply to the supervision of payment institutions.

Under Article 88 para. 5 no. 2 ZaDiG 2018 the FMA is required to publish FMA Minimum Standards and Circulars relating to the supervision of payment institutions on its website.

Under Article 88 para. 5 no. 3 ZaDiG 2018 , the FMA is obliged to disclose the options under Directive (EU) 2015/2366 that are exercised on its website.
