The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that the fine imposed by the FMA of EUR 4,800.00 against the person responsible of Raiffeisenlandesbank Burgenland und Revisionsverband e. Gen. for failure to make notifications about securities transactions have been fully confirmed by the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG; Bundesverwaltungsgericht). The fine is legally final. The orderly right of Appeal was declared to not be permissible by the Federal Administrative Court.
