The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that the fines imposed by the FMA of EUR 5,900.00 each against the persons responsible of Raiffeisenlandesbank Vorarlberg Waren- und Revisionsverband reg.Gen.m.b.H. for failure to make notifications about securities transactions have been fully confirmed by the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG; Bundesverwaltungsgericht). The fines are legally final. The orderly right of Appeal was declared to not be permissible by the Federal Administrative Court.
